South Africa's gross spending shrinks in fourth quarter

South Africa's real gross domestic expenditure contracted by 0.1 percent in the fourth quarter of 2016 after expanding by a revised 0.4 percent in the third quarter, the statistics agency said Tuesday 7th March 2017.
